This is the first steel frame villa erected by MMC in the Algarve. The MMC steel frame is encapsulated with the dryvit insulated render system and drylined by MMC. Utilising steel framing and EIFS can dramatically reduce the construction times bringing forward the completion of the project.


 

We will design and pre-fabricate to order aesthetic components such as balconies, walkways and penthouses. To complete a stairwell in a prestigious new restaurant in London's Tabbard Square the architect wanted an egg shaped rendered dome The EWALL technical team designed a lightweight steel structure and fixings suitable for the render applications


 

Component Supply

MMC manufacture in 75mm and 100mm wide load bearing studs available in 1.2mm and 1.6mm gauge suitable for a wide range of structures from 4 storey buildings to a garden room. The factory manufactured components guarantee dimensional accuracy, tolerance and stability. Stud and track are supplied in standard lengths up to 6m or cut to size.

New Build and Specialist Projects

MMC lightweight steel frame is a fast, flexible solution with both commercial and residential applications from industrial units to housing developments. MMC work with house builders on larger schemes where the speed can substantially reduce the build programme but we also undertake bespoke individual schemes for small developers or for self build projects.

Refurbishments and Conversions

The lightweight nature and design adaptability means that EWALL steel frame is a flexible solution for projects such as barn conversions, or where the new structure must sit behind an original facade. Using EWALL you can create a rapid dry envelope around an existing building so minimising disruption to in situ residents.
